GLASS DETECTION - INLET CONVEYOR

The Triulzi inlet conveyors are designed to receive glass sheets from any other previous process. The detection takes place through a system of photocells.

POWERFUL AND QUIET DRYING

Thanks to powerful fans, the drying of the glass sheets is guaranteed! Furthermore, Triulzi technicians have developed an insulation system that allows for low noise (80 db)

MOTORIZED MIXER TANK

Mixer tank to allow the customer to use a non-foaming product for degreasing the glass. By means of a motorized agitator, the product is mixed with the water that is sent inside the sponges.

The TRIULZI washing machine is entirely designed with CAD systems by our engineers and mechanical designers. Everything is under our control, from the smallest component to the stainless steel structure.
