The machine is foreseen to spray one coat solution composed of demineralized
water and impalpable tale powder to favor the adaptation among two glass sheets
into the oven.
The machine is composed of:
► Rubberized rollers conveyor for the glass forwarding
► Heating oven before the spraying section, with infrared rays lamps to allow
the heating of the glass sheet before the powdering
► The rollers of the oven are covered with Kevlar material
► Spraying cab is completely made of stainless steel with lateral inspection doors
and powder aspiration outlets
► The cab is tilting for maintenance
► Spraying equipment composed of stainless steel tank with cofferdam for containing
the acqueous solution, stainless steel pumps , filters and adjustable valves
► Complete with electrical-mechanical contrai board and safety
► EC conformity
